Business inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, contact details and a description of your organization. I use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you asked about. Please do not submit patient records or sensitive personal information.
Delivery and hosting
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical request information. If email delivery is configured, form inquiries are sent through Resend. If it is not configured, the form tells you to use the phone or email instead; inquiry contents are not logged as a substitute inbox.
Cookies and tracking
This version uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Your motion preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. External portfolio links and any future scheduler have their own privacy practices.
Your information
I use inquiry information for the conversation you requested. You can contact me to ask about access, correction or deletion. Do not use this website for urgent or clinical requests.
