Consulting helps decide what to use and how it fits your operation. Training develops the skills to use it. I explain recommendations as part of consulting, and focused hands-on training can be scoped alongside it.
Is the free audit the whole consulting service?
No. The free audit is an initial conversation and short written plan. Deeper tool evaluation, process design and implementation guidance are scoped separately.
Can you help with tools I already have?
Yes. I start with your current tools and workflows. The right recommendation may be to use them better before adding anything new.
